Netra is a counselling psychologist whose forte lies in adolescent counselling. She is more inclined in working with adolescent and young adult population. She has done one short term certificate course offered by i CALL, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and Vishakha named "Fostering Strengths" in terms of psychosocial skills for working with adolescents and young people. Netra effectively handles population of children and their teachers as well. She is also trained as a Career counsellor, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapist, School Counselor and as a life skills trainer.
