Ms. Sukhada Kelkar

Sukhada is a Counseling Psychologist whose forte lies in providing psychological services in the area of corporate, medical and educational institutions. Having completed her post - graduation in Counseling Psychology from Mumbai University in 2010; Sukhada is adept at conducting personality assessments, psychometric evaluations, training workshops and structured psychotherapies. Sukhada has extensive experience in conducting workshops and trainings and her expertise lies in effectively handling populations like corporate employees, adults, children with special needs, adolescents, parents, teachers, social workers and so forth.
Sukhada believes in staying abreast with the recent trends and developments in mental health space; and has undergone extensive personalized trainings and courses. Some of her certifications and trainings are highlighted below:

• In February - March 2019 completed her certification in Rational Emotive & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Basic & Advance level) with Ms. Swati Khanolkar, (Associate Fellow & Supervisor, Albert Ellis Institute New York).
• In February 2019 completed basic training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) conducted by Dr. Raahul Dutta, Integrated Wellness Zone, Mumbai.
• In April 2018 completed certification in Reference Point Therapy (Basic & Advance level), with internationally acclaimed Psychotherapist Ms. Leila Moria.
• In 2018 completed certification programme in Narrative Practices In Therapy from Ummeed Training Centre
• In 2015 Sukhada successfully completed her graduation in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the prestigious EKAA institute (formerly known as California Hypnosis Institute of India)
• She has also undergone her certification in Metaphor Therapy with Ms. Kirti Bakshi in 2013.
• Sukhada also actively uses Play therapy, Art-Based therapy and Sand Therapy while conducting psychotherapeutic session while addressing emotional, psycho-social and interpersonal difficulties.

Having a natural affiliation towards Holistic Healing & working with a Mind-Body Connect Sukhada had also undergone extensive trainings in Alternative Healing Modalities:

• In June 2017 she completed certification course in Access Consciousness modality with Ms. Gayatri Panjabi.
• In April 2016 completed her training and became Magnified Healing - Master Teacher under Rev. Gisele King, the co-creator of Magnified Healing
• Sukhada has been a Reiki Practitioner since 2012 and has completed her Usui Reiki Level 3 & Karuna Reiki Level 2 practitioner and actively integrates these healing modalities in her professional practice.
• Since she believes holistic and natural methods of healing Sukhada has also undergone trainings for Bach Flower Remedies and Smudging.
• Being a trained and accomplished classical singer; Sukhada constantly strives to use the therapeutic benefits of music for mind - body healing in her practice.
