Harshada completed her master's degree in counseling psychology from SNDT Women's University and has been working as a counselor at Disha Counseling Center since 2023. Harshada is inclined more toward working with children and adolescents. She works with children using play therapy and art therapy approaches. Her experience includes personal counseling and workshops for parents and students.

Other than workshops and personal counseling, Harshada has conducted psychometric testing such as aptitude, intelligence, and personality assessments for students. She also conducts career assessments and vocational guidance to students in Disha and at educational institutes as a Disha representative. She also offers one-to-one study skills sessions for students in Disha.
