Having worked in multidisciplinary health settings, Sukhada works in alignment with allied health professionals like Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and so on to provide as a SPOC across diverse therapeutic goals for clients.Over the years, she has equipped herself with various tools and psycho-spiritual healing modalities viz. Traditional Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki by William Lee Rand and is a certified Master Teacher Trainer of Magnified Healing. Poonam has specialized in counseling psychology from Mumbai University and has a post graduate diploma in counseling from SIES College. Poonam has an empathetic nature, and a natural talent for one-to-one counseling. Poonam specializes in handling children and family related concerns. Her experience ranges from conducting workshops with parents, teachers, employees and students on wide ranging issues in the area of mental health.Poonam has been a counselor with Disha Counseling Center since 2004, and has been handling the role and responsibility of center manager for the past 10 years. Other than workshops and personal counseling, Poonam has extensive experience in psychometric assessments (including aptitude, intelligence, personality assessments) for students and professionals. She has also been part of Disha’s School College Mental Health programme, and has offered mental health services to various educational institutes such as Kendriya Vidyalaya, School for Remedial Education, Reach School and so forth.An active member of Disha’s Career Guidance Cell, Poonam offers vocational guidance to various students, both in Disha, as well as in educational institutes such as SIES College, Ruparel College, H.J College, Children’s Orthopedic Center (COH), Podar College of Commerce and so forth. Poonam also handles the corporate social welfare workshops (CSR) for Disha, which focus on providing study skills and life skills development workshops in English, Hindi and Marathi for underprivileged students. Harshada completed her master's degree in counseling psychology from SNDT Women's University and has been working as a counselor at Disha Counseling Center since 2023. Harshada is inclined more toward working with children and adolescents. She works with children using play therapy and art therapy approaches. Her experience includes personal counseling and workshops for parents and students.﻿Other than workshops and personal counseling, Harshada has conducted psychometric testing such as aptitude, intelligence, and personality assessments for students. She also conducts career assessments and vocational guidance to students in Disha and at educational institutes as a Disha representative. She also offers one-to-one study skills sessions for students in Disha.

As a counseling psychologist, Shital has worked extensively with children, adolescents and adults. She has been the visiting psychologist for R.A. Podar College, SIES Commerce College, and D.G. Ruparel College. She has conducted many workshops in various educational institutes such as Walia College, MCC College, Parle Tilak Vidyalaya, and the IIT Mumbai for students, teachers as well as parents. She has led and supervised the Self Development Cell of R.A. Podar College since 2003. Her deep belief that our ancient Bharatiya Samskrti is a way of life to be pursued and benefited from has led her to pursue studies in spiritual, philosophical &amp; meditative disciplines, and she has been long since on the path of fully integrating Indic Knowledge to her therapeutic practice. She is also an expert in personality assessments &amp; psychometric evaluations and has been a senior psychologist at Psychometrica Pvt. Ltd and Career Pathways, where she has been instrumental in developing varied assessment tools for children and adults. She has won National titles like ‘Singar Mani’ and ‘Natyamayuri’, is a graded artiste of the Doordarshan, and the recipient of the prestigious “Central Government Scholarship” awarded by the Dept. of Cultural Affairs, Govt. of India. Leaning towards ‘seva bhava’, Shital co-founded Saaraakassh Trust in 2015, working for the betterment of tribal lives in Maharashtra focusing on Education, Health &amp; Mental Health and Sanitation. One main initiative undertaken is “Pudchi Peedhi, Pudcha Paaul” which literally means ‘the next step of the next generation’, which uses story-telling, dance, music, games, role play and many other activities to build better life skills in the tribal children for a better &amp; Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Ms Shital Ravi

Radhika has a Masters in Counseling Psychology and has also completed a year-long post-graduate diploma in Remedial Education. She has an acute inclination toward psychometric evaluations – assessments, career guidance and counseling as well as helping children with learning difficulties, brought together with her love for children and education. She strives to widen her strengths through constant learning and dedication. Conducting workshops, preparing modules for children and adults are also an area of specializations for her. She is also a trained French Language instructor and has participated in various educational and cultural exchange programs.
