Ms Mugdha (Janhavi) Bavare

Trained in Counseling Psychology from the University of Mumbai Area of specialization: vocational guidance and career counseling. Has an experience of conducting psychometric evaluations and assessments. Has been trained in Assessment & Development Centers and has been an assessor for assessment centers for prestigious organizations, like the Aditya Birla Group of Companies.
She has written extensively on career related issues for leading Marathi newspapers like the Maharashtra Times, Samana and Loksatta and magazines like My Doctor, Saptahik Vivek and so forth and also for Kalanirnaya yearly calendar.
A national level swimmer, who has won the prestigious state level award, the Chhatrapati Award, she also practices as a Sports Psychologist and has developed a module in Sports Psychology. She has been associated with Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) and has been regularly conducting group and individual sessions for cricketers. She helps sports people from various other sports like Tennis, Tabel Tennis, Chess, Swimming and so forth. She is also attached to many organizations and clubs as a sport psychologist and work towards training athletes in mental conditioning.
Mugdha was a Sports Psychologist to Indian Men & Women Wrestling, boxing and athletics Team training for 2016 Rio Olympics.
She is also a faculty at Exercise Science Academy (ESA) by American College of Sports Medicine, Mumbai as well as at Indian Institute of Sports Management (IISM).
